This position will also be responsible for the growth and on-line conversion of the IEEE non-member subscription products. This position will be evaluated by sales revenues, the numbers of prospects and customers that are driven to WEBEX sales presentations and trainings, and the number successful trials for all products. A key initiative is to manage and grow IEEE revenues and increase our base market penetration of IEEE Online subscribers through the sale of our online Products. Products include established IEEE products such as Enterprise, eLearning, eBooks, ISOL, CWG and CSDL and new / additional products as they are added to the mix. Achieve a minimum of $200,000 in new sales annually. Renew approximately $1M to $4M in IEEE online sales annually. This position will work closely with the Director Inside Sales to develop new sales programs and promotions to increase the penetration into this market. As a senior member of the organization with more experience, this position will act as mentor and coach for new Inside Sales Specialists who need guidance. KEY REQUIREMENTS: 1. Sales: 70% • - Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients • - Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned • - Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts • - Take on a leadership role in coordinating sales staff to accomplish the work required to close sales: • Mentor and coach other sales representatives to help them attain their sales goals • Provide training for newer Inside Sales Representatives • Develop tools and templates to be used by sales representatives • Work closely with Director Inside Sales to develop and test new sales programs and • promotions to increase the penetration into the growth market. • The Senior Sales Rep would have a 10% higher new sales goal. • 2. Customer Relationship: 10% • - Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships • - Identify and resolve client concerns • 3. Marketing Efforts: 15% • - Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows and other events • - Work with the Director, Inside Sales to provide input and complete tasks associated with developing and implementing the annual Sales and Marketing Plan. • - Help to identify and develop new product and service opportunities with product marketing and product management organizations • - Test potential product offerings with customer base for feasibility • - Provide information or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff • 4.Administrative:5% • -Prepare a variety of status reports including activity, closings, follow-up and adherence to goals Qualifications Successful and documentable experience in a revenue generating position sales or marketing sales. X Must be comfortable in giving sales presentations to prospects and internal presentations to management.
