Job Summary
The purpose of this job is to organize, plan, write and coordinate marketing campaigns and communication materials to acquire and retain Residential and Small Business customers in collaboration and under the direction of the Marketing Communications Managing Leads. These initiatives can be for a variety of channels including direct mail, email, digital advertising, onsite and digital events and social media. This position develops content for and coordinates sponsorship partnerships and routine communications such as newsletters, renewal notices and other customer retention initiatives and will coordinate print projects with third party print vendor.

Essential Function: Standard Routine Customer Communications & Marketing Campaigns
Related Tasks:
Produce and execute direct mail for acquisition sales and routine communications, including contract expiration letters and city aggregation mailings.
Produce and support distribution of Residential and Small Business monthly email newsletter through end-to-end planning from developing editorial calendar to writing content and coordinating with production team.
Produce, develop and coordinate customer retention materials including print and email communications to increase customer brand loyalty.
Misc. communications and general coordination.
Essential Function: Sponsorship and Partner Coordination
Related Tasks:
Coordinate sponsorship relationships and implement marketing assets, including the planning and development of messaging, marketing materials, advertising, signage, email marketing, onsite events and other marketing efforts.
Identify new opportunities and marketing best practices to implement with sponsorship partnerships.
Essential Function: Marketing Support/Contributor for Residential and Small Business Marketing Communications
Related Tasks:
Produce and proof weekly communications. Proofing of all communications for Leads.
Coordinate with third-party vendor relationships by developing and implementing various customer communications regarding the value-added services these partnerships offer.
Write/create general marketing, social media posts and community outreach communications, as assigned.
Maintain library of all Residential and Small Business marketing materials; advise to collateral availability/applicability to portals, etc.
Essential Function: Print Vendor Coordination/Support
Related Tasks:
Coordinate marketing/communications print production for Residential and SBS Marketing initiatives.
Receive and process pre-bill approvals and payment approvals.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
High school diploma or GED is required. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or liberal arts preferred.
Experience:
1-3 years marketing/communications or similar, relevant work experience is required.. Renewables or Energy industry experience preferable. Event planning/community affairs capacity preferred.
