Compensation Range
The base pay scale for this position is $69,500.00 - $105,875.00. In addition, this position will be eligible for additional benefits consistent with the role. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to: scope of role, level of experience, education, accomplishments, internal equity, budget, and subject to Fair Market Value evaluation. The hiring range listed is a good faith determination of potential compensation at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.
Outpatient Operations
- Serve as a key liaison between Nurse Managers, Service Lines, and administrative leadership to coordinate and support daily clinical operations, ensuring efficient patient flow and optimal resource utilization.
- Support planned and unplanned schedule changes, proactively identifying solutions to optimize outpatient clinic space and accommodate changes in volume, provider availability, and patient needs.
- Maintain real-time oversight of sessional scheduling and space utilization, assisting Nurse Managers in adjusting schedules for approved add-ons, cancellations, and urgent modifications.
- Represent Main Campus Outpatient Operations in multi-disciplinary working groups, contributing to strategic planning initiatives such as clinic expansion, facility renovations, and construction-related adjustments.
- Act as a point of contact for operational troubleshooting, ensuring timely resolution of issues related to workflow inefficiencies, resource allocation, and patient throughput.
- Identify opportunities for improvement using operational reports, patient satisfaction surveys, physician experience surveys, and employee engagement data, initiating workplans to address gaps.
Business Operations
- Oversee timekeeping and attendance tracking for clinical staff using Kronos, generating reports on lateness, attendance trends, and punch audits to support workforce management.
- Process purchase orders (POs) and invoices for medical and office supplies, ensuring timely procurement and accurate financial tracking.
- Perform routine and ad hoc staffing analyses, supporting leadership in justifying new positions; prepare and submit documentation for new position justifications, position requisitions, and personnel change forms (PCFs) in alignment with workforce planning needs.
- Track and ensure departmental compliance with mandatory performance appraisals, annual competencies, and training requirements.
- Assist in the development, review, and monitoring of the annual enterprise operational and capital budget, working with leadership and finance teams to align financial planning with departmental goals.
- Support leadership in business planning for new programs and service moves for operational readiness
