Rehlko is looking for an Electrical Design Engineer to provide technical
and design direction in the development of custom generator sets. We are
seeking a self-motivated individual with expertise in generator control
systems, switchgear, transfer switches, communications, and power
electronics. This role involves collaborating with sales, application
engineering, design engineering, procurement, and production teams to
design and engineer customer-specific generator sets and power systems.
Responsibilities include consulting with engineering simulation,
regulatory compliance, and third-party engineering resources to develop
project requirements, researching and applying proven technologies for
special designs, and estimating design duration and product costs. A
sense of urgency for project completion and a commitment to continuous
improvement in engineering excellence are essential. Join our dynamic

You\'ll enjoy the challenge of juggling multiple projects, prioritizing
tasks, and leading both local and remote engineers and designers. Your

excelling in your engineering career. Specific Responsibilities: *
Electrical design for generator controls integrations, including
internal genset and ATS controls and harness, as well as the
coordination/integration with any third-party electrical systems and
manage this integration up to and including the commissioning process.
- Provide technical support in the quoting process for the Technical
Solutions team regarding highly complex questions. Support the
National Accounts team and provide technical support and definition for
National Accounts specifications. Prioritize custom engineering
orders that you are responsible for and assure timely completion through
engineering to support the committed generator delivery date. Develop
moderately complex parametric components, assemblies, drawings, layouts,
and specifications with sound understanding of the design intent and
fundamental understanding of manufacturing processes when required.
Support and contribute information cross functionally and cross
culturally to achieve desired process and diesel generator set design
