Description
We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in West Chester, Oh. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our visitors, responding to internal and external communications, and managing administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers and other branches over the phone to address inquiries.
Assist in organizing, scheduling and preparing documents as needed.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring it reaches the correct areas and staff within the organization.
Utilize in-house computer software for various tasks.
Create business letters, reports or office memos using word processing programs.
Operate and maintain office equipment such as photo copiers, computers and fax machines.
Issue purchase orders and service work orders in a timely manner.
Provide necessary support and back up to the current office administrator and other team members.
Available to work overtime if required.
Handle administrative tasks including filing documents and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements - Proven experience in an Administrative Assistance role or similar.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
Demonstrable experience in Accounts Payable (AP) and Billing.
Excellent organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines.
Willingness to learn and to grow with the company.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
