Description
We are seeking a detailed oriented Medical Billing Admin to enhance our team in the Social Care/Services industry, located in Long Beach, California. In this role, you will join a dynamic medical billing department where you'll play an essential role in ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of operations.
Responsibilities:
Process customer credit applications accurately and promptly
Maintain accurate records of customer credit
Address customer inquiries in a detail-oriented and effective manner
Oversee customer accounts and take necessary actions when required
Utilize advanced Excel skills to manage and evaluate billing tasks and financial documents
Carry out general administrative and clerical tasks to support billing processes
Use analytical skills to evaluate and interpret billing data and identify inconsistencies
Contribute to process improvement initiatives by using critical thinking abilities
Show high emotional intelligence in handling inquiries and collaborating with internal teams
Maintain a detail-oriented appearance and demeanor in all work settings
Requirements
-Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the Social Care/Services industry
Proficiency in Medical Front Office operations is essential.
Must demonstrate advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
Experience in Administrative Assistance is required.
The candidate should have exceptional Data Entry skills.
A solid understanding of Medical Terminology is necessary.
