We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia, United States. In this role, you will handle a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations within the real estate and property industry. Responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining effective communication channels.
Responsibilities
Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings, ensuring timely communication with relevant parties
Answer and manage inbound calls, providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries promptly
Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate and up-to-date records
Manage email correspondence, responding to inquiries and forwarding important messages as needed
Utilize Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word for creating and maintaining documents and reports
Set up conference rooms for meetings, ensuring proper organization and availability of required materials
Scan, copy, and file documents systematically to ensure accessibility and proper record-keeping
Assist with calendar management, prioritizing and organizing tasks to optimize productivity
Maintain a detail-oriented approach when interacting with clients and team members
Collaborate with team members to support the smooth operation of administrative processes
Requirements - Proficient in answering inbound calls and managing inbound and outbound communication effectively.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and courteously.
Accurate and efficient data entry skills to maintain and update records and databases.
Skilled in drafting, organizing, and managing email correspondence.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Ability to schedule appointments and manage calendars efficiently.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced real estate environment.
