Description Responsibilities:
The Facilities Administrator will work closely with the Facilities Manager

Position Requirements:
Schedule and coordinate regular maintenance activities, including equipment servicing, cleaning, plumbing, and
electrical repairs
Act as a point of contact for all facility-related issues and coordinate swift responses to emergency repair needs to
minimize downtime Work in cooperation with the HR Manager on Workers' Comp cases.
Maintain a log of completed maintenance and repair activities, tracking ongoing issues to proactively address
recurring problems.
Monitor and manage stock levels of necessary cleaning supplies, maintenance parts, and other facility materials.

materials Requirements - Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
Proven ability to efficiently and detail-orientedly answer inbound calls
Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building customer relationships
Proficiency in data entry with an emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail
Experience handling email correspondence in a detail-oriented setting
Previous experience managing both inbound and outbound calls
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create, edit, and manage spreadsheets
Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, including creating and editing documents
Experience in managing work orders, including tracking, prioritizing, and coordinating tasks
