Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Panel Builder to wire production machinery, debug equipment, assist with startups, troubleshoot, and disassemble equipment for delivery to customers. The ideal candidate will support company quality policies and continuous improvement efforts.
Responsibilities
Wire production machinery per engineering supplied prints.
Perform layout of machine's electrical devices such as control panels, disconnects, junction boxes, etc.
Work closely with engineers to identify and resolve controls problems.
Ensure materials necessary to complete projects are procured and available to Controls Assembly timely to meet customer requirements.
Coordinate Controls Assembly with Mechanical Assembly leaders, especially regarding break points and special customer requirements.
Assist with startup of new machinery.
Debug wiring as much as possible before starting up any machines (inputs, outputs, hard wire circuits, etc).
Assist engineers with startup of machinery.
Disassemble machinery for shipment.
Ensure power is locked out and/or disconnected from main power sources before disassembly begins and relieve all stored energy.
Disconnect all electrical devices necessary to ship machine, ensuring the easiest possible installation and startup at the customer location, properly marking all break points and securing any loose devices.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.00/hr.
