We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Bilingual Administrative Assistant in Bronx, New York. This role is within the property management industry where you will be a pivotal part of the team, ensuring smooth operations within the office.
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service through answering inbound and outbound calls
Handle email correspondence professionally and in a timely manner
Execute data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy
Collect and manage rent checks, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly
Submit work orders as required, guaranteeing all details are accurate and complete
Use Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word to maintain and manage customer records
Schedule appointments efficiently, ensuring all parties are informed
Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions if necessary.
Requirements
Proficiency in answering inbound calls, managing customer queries efficiently.
Demonstrated excellence in customer service.
Proven experience in data entry, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Competence in handling email correspondence, maintaining professionalism at all times.
Ability to manage both inbound and outbound calls, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, capable of creating and managing complex spreadsheets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook for managing emails, appointments, and tasks.
Skilled in using Microsoft PowerPoint for creating impactful presentations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word for creating, editing, and formatting documents.
Experience in scheduling appointments and managing calendars efficiently.
