Job Title: Administrative AssistantJob Description
The Administrative Assistant will serve as the 'voice and face of the firm', answering incoming calls, greeting walk-in visitors, and assisting them with their needs. This position will also support the Account Manager with various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
Answer telephone calls
Greet and assist guests
Distribute mail
Schedule meetings for personnel
Organize and maintain archived files
File and order office supplies
Plan and gather materials for networking events
Coordinate with and offer support services to the management team, technical staff, and marketing team
Run errands such as UPS, FedEx, and delivery of drawings to customers
Perform other duties as assigned
Essential Skills
2+ years of administrative experience
Computer savvy
Comfortable using specific software
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Photoshop experience is a plus
Adobe experience is a plus
Work Environment
This position is located in an architectural firm in York city. The office is in an updated building that offers a comfortable work environment. The role requires dealing with city parking and commute. The work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with a 1-hour lunch break. The dress code is business casual, with jeans allowed on some days.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
