Job Summary:
We are looking for a contribution analyst to record employer payments and assist with employer collections, contract administration, employer payment and contribution adjustments, billings, and other contribution analysis projects.
Description of Job Duties:
· Record employer contribution cash receipts in system and apply to employer billing records and maintain A/R records
· Read, understand and apply terms of contracts and collective bargaining agreements
· Prepare mailing or emailing of delinquency letters.
· Assist with employer contribution collections and notify employers of payment errors
· Review and analyze contribution and contract data to identify pensioners who return to work, and set up of new hires
· Respond to employer email and phone inquiries and maintain email portal.
· Monitor and produce billings from the system.
· Organize and file electronic deposit and electronic and hard copy employer files.
· Assist with Funds mailings and data review and analysis projects as needed.

Desired Qualifications:
· Bachelors Degree in accounting, finance, mathematics, business or related field, with at least 3 years of contribution processing, cash receipts, cash reconciliation, or data entry and analysis experience. Quick books experience is a plus.
· Ability to enter data quickly and accurately.
· Proficient PC skills, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
· Ability to learn, read, analyze, interpret, and apply collective bargaining agreements and contract terms.
· Strong organizational skills, analytical, and detail oriented.
· Customer service experience.
· Ability to calculate, analyze, reconcile, and explain amounts due, balances, and variances
· Self-motivated and able to collaborate and work well with a team.
· Familiarity with Union industry collective bargaining agreements is a plus.
This job requires that the employee be physically present in the workplace 4 days a week with 1 day remote.
