The Beacon Group is an agency that specializes in serving a wider range of health care facilities that deliver care to the special needs community that are primarily in the GROUP HOME SETTING. This position is for a Registered Nurse (RN), or License Practical Nurse (LPN) that would be primarily responsible for the individual's healthcare. You will be responsible for coordinating the medical services, maintaining regulatory compliance, facilitating training programs and other duties as needed by the program/agency.

Qualifications:

One year RN / LPN experience in an acute hospital setting, nursing home or rehab facility preferred
NYS RN, or LPN license and Registration
Two Step PPD
Ability to lift/transfer adults
Must have flexibility to provide support to program sites as assigned.
OPWDD program experience and telephone triage a plus
