We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Tax Accountant to join our dynamic team. Job Description:

As a Junior Tax Accountant, you will play a crucial role in assisting our clients with their tax compliance needs. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Tax Return Preparation:

Assisting in preparing and filing federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, businesses, and non-profit organizations.
Conducting tax research to stay updated on relevant tax laws and regulations.
Ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax codes.

2. Sales and Payroll Tax:

Calculating and preparing sales tax returns for clients.
Assisting with payroll tax calculations and filings.
Resolving sales and payroll tax-related issues as they arise.

3. Language Skills:

Fluent in Mandarin and at least one of the following: Cantonese or Fujianese.
Communicating with clients in their preferred language to provide excellent service.

4. Client Interaction:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Responding to client inquiries and providing tax advice as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
None to 2 years of experience in tax accounting (internships or entry-level positions considered).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work well in a team and meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills in Mandarin and Cantonese or Fujianese.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
