Job description:

We're on the lookout for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Associate to join our team. As an integral part of our organization, you'll play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring smooth accounting processes for our diverse portfolio of super regional shopping malls across the US.

Key Responsibilities:

Record daily financial transactions, including revenue, expenses, and bank deposits.
Process vendor invoices, verify accuracy, and ensure timely payments.
Perform monthly bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy in financial records.
Assist in preparing financial reports, including profit & loss statements and balance sheets.
Maintain accurate tenant billing and lease records.
Coordinate with mall management on financial matters.
Address tenant inquiries regarding billing and payment concerns.
Assist in financial system upgrades and process improvements.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
1-3 years of accounting or finance experience (mall/retail industry experience is a plus).
Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Yardi or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Goodcommunication skills and ability to work in a team environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
