Summit Home Care is currently hiring New York State Registered Nurses (RNs) to perform in-home UAS Assessments in all five boroughs of New York City. Training will be provided. We are currently paying $145 per in-home UAS assessment but you must commit to completing 15 UAS assessments per week.

Responsibilities of the RN

Assess eligibility of Medicaid members in need of managed long-term care using a comprehensive web-based system.
Conduct initial and annual assessments remotely, according to state guidelines, policies and protocols.
Consult with health care providers, and review medical records and medications to support assessment outcomes.
Review and revise assessments as necessary based on company policy.

Requirements of the RN

New York State Registered Nursing (RN) license.
New York State Drivers License or New York State Identification Card (if living out of NYS State).
Must be resident of the United States. We cannot accept overseas applicants.
