Role Description

This is a full-time remote sales role for a West Coast based, Senior Account Manager at Schedule Validator. The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for managing key client accounts, (General Contractors, Owners, Consultants), building strong relationships. They will also be tasked with achieving sales targets, conducting product demonstrations, and collaborating with the sales team.

Travel to 3 or 4 tradeshows per year.

Qualifications

Sales Experience. Proven ability to win business in net new accounts.
Managing the sales process in a CRM. We use HubSpot, Dripify, SalesNavigator and Zoominfo.
This role is for Net new customer acquisition, not customer success.
Demonstrate Experience in achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Knowledge of the Construction process is important. Having worked for a General Contractor, Consulting Firm or with an Owner in the Construction Division is ideal.
Sr Account Managers can discuss the Critical Path Methodology of Construction.
Understand customers use of PowerBI, Data Analytics.
