Role Overview:

We are looking for a talented Lead Graphic Designer with experience in the beauty industry to spearhead creative projects across Amazon, Ulta, Meta, and social media. You will be responsible for designing compelling visuals that drive engagement and conversions.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute designs for Amazon A+ and Premium A+ Content, social media, and digital campaigns.
Create visually compelling graphics using design tools, such as; Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma.
Work collaboratively with the sales and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
Optimize creatives for Amazon and Ulta listings, Meta ads, and social media platforms.
Stay updated on design trends and best practices in the beauty industry.
Manage project timelines and oversee junior designers, freelancers, or external vendors as needed.
Assist with basic copywriting for social and digital assets.
Handle some administrative tasks related to creative project management.
(Bonus) Edit short-form videos for social media and advertising.

Requirements:

Proven experience in the beauty industry with a strong portfolio.
Expertise in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma.
Experience designing for Amazon, Meta, and social media platforms.
Ability to translate brand messaging into high-quality visuals.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Copywriting for digital content.
Video editing for social media ads.
Experience with creative project management.
