Our organization is looking for a Registered Nurse to join our team and provide quality care to our patients. The ideal candidate will have experience in both outpatient and long-term care settings, and will be responsible for assessing patient needs, administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and providing education and support to patients and families. The successful candidate will also be able to work independently and as part of a team in order to ensure the best possible care for our patients.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care in an outpatient setting.
Assess patient's health status and develop a plan of care.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
Monitor patient's progress and document changes in the patient's condition.
Provide emotional support to patients and their families.
Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals.
Provide long-term care to patients with chronic illnesses.

Qualifications

Valid RN License
Proficient in patient care and assessment
Experience with catheterization and IV insertion
Skilled in medication administration and patient monitoring
Familiarity with home and community care practices
Experience in outpatient settings and long-term care environments
Basic life support certification required

Pay: $100.00 - $110.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
