Job Description

Under moderate to high supervision, the Inside Sales Representative (ISR) provides direct sales support the Project segment in the ongoing development of existing and prospective of House of Rohl customers. This includes quotes, specification work, following up on projects, as well as overall sales support and project management in the segment. In addition, the ISR will assist the field sales by providing internal support relative to the development of job opportunities.

Responsibilities

Drives sales results though specific established and target accounts.
Prepares and presents sales proposals, merchandising, marketing and promotional programs.
Provides account base with superior customer service and maintains regular sales call schedule for assigned accounts.
Develops and maintains positive relationships to support wholesale, contractor, non-single family, and builder market activity with the House of Rohl Sales Team, GPG Strategic Account Managers, Rep Agencies, and Regional Managers.
Develops quotations in cooperation with House of Rohl sales associates based on identified sales strategy and information collected.
Conducts Pre and Post Sale follow up on quotes (calls customer to ensure projected start date), reviews specifications, understands product needs, establishes job timelines, and makes alternative recommendations) in coordination with sales team.
Identifies competitive product and House of Rohl cross reference products or comparable House of Rohl SKU’s to ensure accurate comparisons. Provides crossover assistance at the request of sales associates or customer on an ad hoc basis.
Responsible for the Project Work Sales Tracker.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree is highly desired.
Minimum of 1 year of prior sales experience is preferred.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and maintain positive relationships with all internal and external customers.
Possess good listening and communication skills, as well as energy, enthusiasm and endurance.
Ability to work overtime up to 20%.
Must be flexible to maximize business opportunities as they arise.

Additional Information

Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $40,000 USD - $66,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.
