We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Administrative Support /Office Administrator to manage daily office operations and provide critical support to our team.

Pay rate: $16/hr

Responsibilities

Greet visitors and act as the first point of contact for clients and staff

Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence

Maintain and organize office files, records, and databases

Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Support various departments with clerical and administrative tasks

Assist with data entry and updating records/account

Qualifications

Proven experience as an administrative assistant

High school diploma or equivalent

Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational and time-management abilities

High attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Previous office or customer service experience is a plus but not required
