Responsibilities:

Managing a variety of accounts worth $8k - $2m across healthcare, retail, hospitality and finance
Ensuring retention of accounts by securing renewals
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building and ensuring strong, long-term client relationships with C-Suite
Actively engage with clients to understand their needs, goals, and challenges
Cross, upsell and find opportunities for growth within your accounts.
Creating presentation decks to deliver to clients
Conduct regular account reviews and ensure all necessary reporting is completed accurately and on time
Monitor account performance and proactively identify opportunities for improvement or growth.

The Ideal Candidate:

Experience in an Account Executive role with tech / SaaS / marketing
Remote but based with eastern time zone
Proactive, switched on with initiative
Detail orientated and highly organized
Strong communicator who can handle objections
Polished, professional with strong relationship building skills.
Ability to create killer presentations to deliver to clients
