This role is essential for ensuring smooth office operations and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Manage and organize files, both physical and digital, ensuring easy access to important documents.

Utilize computer systems and software, including QuickBooks and Google Suite, to assist with daily operations.

Answer phone calls and manage communications effectively, providing information and assistance to clients as needed.

Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Assist in office management tasks, including scheduling appointments, filing, and maintaining office supplies.

Support the team with clerical duties such as data entry, document preparation, and report generation.

Communicate effectively with team members and clients, including those who speak Spanish

Other duties as assigned.

Skills

Proficiency in computer literacy with experience in office software applications.

Familiarity with phone systems and effective communication techniques.

Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.

Experience in office management practices is preferred.

Knowledge of QuickBooks and Payroll 2 years of experience.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing individual tasks efficiently.

Bilingual in Spanish is an advantage for enhancing communication with diverse clients.
