Administrative Assistant

As an Administrative Assistant, you will: Billing Entry, Billing Support, and Billing Reporting Constant Communication and Collaboration with all different roles on the Product Development Team Reporting and Project Tracking Scheduling - Projects, Staff Availability, Team Events The ideal candidate will have: 2+ Years Administrative Assistance Experience Must have experience with Deltek. Must have experience with Excel, DocuSign, and PDF Associate or bachelor's degree preferred, not required Any experience related to Accounting, Communications, or Business Management. PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour.

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
