Role Overview:
The Head of Accounting will be instrumental in shaping the next era of accounting workflows. You will lead 10clear’s accounting capabilities collaborating closely with the company’s CEO to define accounting workflows in the age of AI. This position requires deep technical accounting expertise and a passion for accuracy, compliance, and innovation.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Develop and maintain a comprehensive GAAP and SEC database with timely updates.

· Evaluate and enhance the accuracy of 10clear’s outputs against defined benchmarks.

· Develop external reports presenting 10clear’s completeness and accuracy.

· Collaborate with engineering teams to automate accounting workflows.

· Provide technical guidance to customers, customer success teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

· CPA certification required.

· 7+ years of experience in technical accounting or financial reporting.

· Direct work experience at the SEC or PCAOB is strongly preferred.

· Professional experience working on an SEC reporting team at a public company or PCAOB registered audit firm is preferred.

· Proven ability to analyze, interpret and communicate complex rules and regulations.

· Deep understanding of accounting and audit firm workflows.

· Strong project management skills with the ability to execute multiple priorities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $130,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
